Q:
Hi can you please describe the difference between the Powder (bark resin) and the Powder Extract 4:1 (bark resin)? Would be great if you can send specific product sheets for the two separate products. Also, are these soluble in oil? And last question - will these powders contain any bark in them? Please send response to: silviaa@east-house.com. I appreciate you help in advance! Thank you!

SKU: 600 Barberry 4:1 extract
Q:
I am very keen to purchase several of your herb extract powders but my experience with UPS shipping to Canada is very negative as they charge the customer fees and handling charges upon delivery in excess of what the customer pays in the online store for delivery. Is there any way that one can use USPS to ship the products to me, I am not fussed about speed, or is there some way that you can guarantee that UPS will not charge me extra fees and handling charges?
Thanking you in advance
