Organic Apple Powder
Q:
I am selling nutritional food supplement drinks in the UK and looking for a supplier of organic apple powder that is soluble. Can you give me an indication of whether your product is soluble, what your minimum order quantity is and the price per kg?
A:
Amazon Discovery products are not certified organic by a third party due to the wide verity of products that are carried. Product are cultivated, wild harvested and some are kosher certified.
Apple powder is not 100% water soluble.
Minimum order is one kilo and is priced per kilo in the strength drop menu on every product page below the strength drop menu is a box were kilo quantity amount is entered by the customer.

Pata De Vaca

Everything correct in the order, but the packing slip was for another customer in Castle Rock CO. I'm in San Antonio TX. Little bit of a packing mix-up, but no vital data except name and address exposed. Just wanted you to know so you might be more attentive in packaging.
A:
Pata de vaca has been a very big seller over the past couple weeks and our fulfillment team has been trying to get out as many orders as possible so there was a mistake made in the pack list. This has been brought to their attention. The packing is a standard packing that is used on each individual order no matter if it is one kilo or five kilos product is packed in a polyurethane bag and a mechanical tie used to seal. Our packaging very simple and plane no fancy graphics or labeling our goal is to deliver a quality product in strong but no frills package.

Product Delivery

I was expecting 6-7 day delivery, but it is now 9 days since the date of order, and I haven't received it. Do you have any further word?
A:
When ordering you will note that there is UPS business delivery days for example 6-7 day, 3-4 day, 2nd day. These are estimated delivery days when UPS receives the order the time it will take to deliver. This does not include the fulfillment of the order when received this is a 2-3 day process to ready and document individual orders to be shipped. Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM EST no weekends or holidays.

Do you offer a different pricing schedule for small businesses?
A:
Wholesale pricing is offered in the purchase of multiple products or single product in quantities of twenty five kilos or more. Amazon Discovery kilo pricing is comparable to online herb stores that are selling products by the pound.
